Savory Oatmeal
Have you heard? Savory is the new sweet. Okay, sweet is still pretty tasty, but why eat the same thing every day? Switch up your morning routine and try this Bonafide Bowl of umami awesomeness with our friend Purely Elizabeth's Original Superfood Oatmeal. And bone broth, of course!
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Purely Elizabeth Original Superfood Oatmeal
- 1 cup Bonafide Chicken Bone Broth
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 cup chopped dragon kale
- 1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms
- 2 sprigs green onions
- 1 egg
- White sesame seeds
- Chili flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook Purely Elizabeth Superfood Oats over stove top per directions subbing our Bonafide Provisions Chicken Bone Broth for water and add miso paste. While oatmeal is cooking, sauté kale and mushrooms. Top oatmeal with sautéd kale and mushrooms, green onion, egg, white sesame seeds and chili flakes.
