INGREDIENTS


DIRECTIONS

  1. Follow instructions on the package substituting bone broth for the liquid.
  2. Add oil to a baking pan and add the polenta. Refrigerate until cool.
  3. Cut chilled polenta into squares.
  4. Grill or pan-fry.
  5. Top with basil tomato salsa cruda, more butter, or eat plain!
