INGREDIENTS

  • Olive oil
  • Chopped garlic
  • Chopped white onion
  • Mushrooms
  • Leeks
  • Tomatoes
  • Chopped bacon (cooked)
  • Basil
  • Green onions
  • Cream
  • Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Cappellos grain-free gnocchi
  • Bonafide Provisions Chicken bone broth


DIRECTIONS

  1. Add olive oil, garlic, mushrooms, onions & leeks to a pan and sauté
  2. Next add tomatoes, bacon, basil & green onions
  3. Then add bone broth & cream
  4. Season with sea salt & pepper and reduce for about 4 minutes
  5. Pour this magic over gnocchi (we like the sweet potato kind)
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese & refuse to share with anyone.
