Bone Broth Burgers
Say farewell to your typical burger and hello to your new love! This umami burger patty from TRIBALÍ is out of this world and cooking it in bone broth loads it up with whole-food collagen protein and makes it extra juicy! Cooking these burger patties in bone broth is our secret weapon, once you try it you'll never go back to a dull burger again!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 TRIBALÍ Umami style beef patties
- 1/2 cup Bonafide Provisions Beef or Chicken Bone Broth
- 4 Gluten-Free Hamburger buns
- 4 slices cheese (optional)
- Primal Kitchen Ketchup
- Primal Kitchen Spicy Brown Mustard
- Pickles
- White onion slices
- Arugula
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat cast iron pan on high
- Place frozen patties in a hot cast-iron skillet, turn the burner down to med-low heat
- Cook one side for 5-6 minutes
- Add bone broth and flip to other side and cook for 5-6 minutes
- Remove burgers from heat and transfer to bun
- Add cheese and condiments
