OUR REAL FOOD INGREDIENTS
Organic grass-fed beef bones (marrow bones, knuckles, joints, femurs, and ribs), triple-filtered water, organic onion, organic apple cider vinegar, organic garlic, Selina Celtic sea salt, and organic parsley.
This recipe was one of our original recipes created by Sharon for her nutrition clients. We specifically chose to only include onion, garlic, sea salt, and parsley to make this broth ideal for those with sensitive digestive systems. The bones we use include organic grass-fed beef marrow bones, knuckles, joints, femurs, and ribs. Since these bones are larger, they are slow-simmered for 24-48 hours to extract the maximum nutrient content.
