Italian Sausage & Peppers

This Italian classic is not only delicious and packed with flavor, it's also super easy to make! This satisfying combo can be served over cauliflower mash, mashed potatoes, or roasted potatoes. This is a dish you don't want to miss out on!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Whole30 Compliant Smoked Kielbasa, sliced into bite sized pieces
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes with oil
  • ¼ cup Bonafide Provisions Bone Broth
  • Serve over cauliflower mash or roasted potatoes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place stainless-steel skillet over medium heat, then add the sliced kielbasa and brown on both sides.
  2. Once browned, add in onion and cook for 1-2 min, then add in bell peppers, sun-dried tomatoes with oil, and bone broth.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and let cook until peppers are tender and most of the liquid Is gone.
  4. Serve over cauliflower mash or roasted potatoes
