Instant Pot Steak Fajitas

Is there anything better than a one-pot recipe? We don't think so either! These Instant Pot steak fajitas are the perfect addition to your weekly menu. These tender and juicy fajitas are packed with incredible flavors and are perfect for a quick throw-together meal. You can enjoy these as a traditional fajita with tortillas, on a salad, or in a bowl with rice, the possibilities are endless! 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. skirt or flank steak cut into long strips
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2-3 bell pepper, sliced or cubed
  • 1/2 cup Bonafide Provisions Beef Bone Broth
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Celtic sea salt
  • Grain-free tortillas

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut steak into long strips. Wash and chop onion and bell pepper
  2. Add all ingredients to Instant Pot
  3. Close, seal valve, set to manual high pressure for 10 minutes
  4. Once done, do a quick release by switching the valve to the venting position
  5. Assemble your fajitas, garnish with chopped cilantro and drizzle the remaining liquid. Optional: fresh chopped onion, lime, salsa, pico de gallo.
