Bone Broth Smoothie Challenge

This bone broth smoothie is packed with real-food collagen protein, greens, healthy fats, and fiber. It doesn't get much better than this! You can devour this delicious smoothie in a bowl with toppings OR sip it through a straw (a stainless-steel reusable one of course!)


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 handfuls organic spinach
  • 1 heaping TBSP nut butter
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 2 TBSP organic flax or chia seeds
  • 8 oz Bonafide Provisions Organic Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1/3 cup organic non-dairy milk
  • 1/4 cup organic frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 of an organic avocado
  • splash of organic vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp organic ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until creamy and smooth.
  3. Top with fresh berries and your favorite seeds and nut butter.
