Bone Broth Potatoes Au Gratin

INGREDIENTS

  • Potatoes
  • Bonafide Provisions Chicken Bone Broth
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Glute-free flour
  • White wine
  • Sea salt + pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Nutmeg
  • Cream
  • Bacon Bits
  • Scallions, chopped
  • Shredded parmesan & cheddar cheese

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Peel and boil potatoes
  2. Reduce a bag of bone broth
  3. Sauté onion, garlic, olive oil
  4. Add butter & bobs red mill gluten-free flour
  5. Add wine, salt, pepper, garlic, and nutmeg
  6. Add reduced bone broth and cream
  7. Place potatoes on the bottom of the baking dish and layer with bacon bits, chopped scallions, parmesan, and cheddar cheese shreds
  8. Pour bone broth cream sauce over the entire dish
  9. Cover w. Foil and bake at 375 for about 45 min.
  10. Remove foil and continue baking for about 15 min. Or until bubbly!
