Bone Broth Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS

  • Bonafide Provisions Chicken Bone broth
  • White rice
  • Eggs
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Garlic, chopped
  • Carrots, peeled & chopped
  • White onion, chopped
  • Scallions, diced
  • Bacon
  • Sea Salt & pepper
  • Anise seed
  • Granulated garlic
  • BUTTER

DIRECTIONS

  1. Make your rice with bone broth instead of water
  2. Sauté diced bacon until crisp
  3. Chop all other ingredients (not the eggs)
  4. Sauté onions, garlic, carrots & bacon
  5. Add sesame oil & soy sauce
  6. Add bone broth rice
  7. Season with black pepper, anise seed, garlic, and sea salt
  8. Add cilantro & scallions
  9. Allow rice to get crispy
  10. Pause for an adult beverage ;) 
  11. Make a whole for the eggs and add BUTTER
  12. Add eggs and scramble
  13. Mix
  14. EAT.
